We don’t usually do discounts for two reasons:

1. We believe that it is not fair to our patrons who have paid full price for the products

2. Our made-to-order model allows us to prevent excess inventory. We don't over produce and thus, every design is bought by a very limited number of people. This retains exclusivity for you and prevents the need to do a clearance sale for us

This has allowed us to price our pieces reasonably. I can mentally hear some scoffs because we know that many people think we are expensive but when you consider and experience the quality of material, te hand-work and our customer support system, you would too understand and believe we are just and fair.

 

That said, we do earn profits, mainly when you buy from us directly. So far we have loved to share these profits with the following two sets of patrons:

1. For new customers and newsletter subscribers, because they give us and our products a chance. They inspire us to keep our hearts open and inbox welcome for new thoughts and old friends. We thank you.

2. For those who ask for some allowance / discount, because we are inherently shy, always in awe of people who dare to fail, who believe that the answer may be a No but still try to ask. Because what if it’s a Yes. We learn from you, we love that you talk to us.

For those who silently support us. Our community. We can do what we do because of your love. Keeps is our rewards system that automatically allocates points on every purchase.

Every 1 INR spent earns 1 Keep (100 Keeps can be redeemed for 5 INR)

They can be collected and redeemed at your will. No pressure to buy again in the next six months or one year, they will not lapse. We are truly grateful and this is just a small initiative to express our gratitude for your continued patronage.
