Saloni Suri

  • How should I introduce you?
  • I am A Neuro Coach who uses neuroscience based models of change merged with spiritual wisdom to help rewire minds.

  • What does your work aim to say/do?
  • Transform the lives of my coachees

  • What are one to three books that have greatly influenced your life?
    1. Think and Grow Rich - Napoleon Hill
    2. Breaking the Habit of being yourself - Dr Joe Dispenza
    3. Are you ready to succeed - SriKumar Rao
    4. The Gita

  • What purchase of Rs. 5,000/-  or less has most positively impacted your life in the last six months (or in recent memory)?
  • A book: “Whole Brain Living” Dr Jill Bolte Taylor

  • How has failure or apparent failure set you up for later success?
  • Learning instagram has been a challenge for me :)

I meet failure everyday on the tech front, I rise fast when I fall.

  • Are there any quotes you think of often, or live your life by?
  • “ How fast you rise when you fall will determine how far you will go”

“Its always about the journey not the outcome, as actions are in our control, outcome is not”

  • What is the best or most worthwhile investment you’ve ever made? Could be investment of money, time, energy, etc
  • A transition from pen and paper to an apple pencil and an ipad has been my best investment so far.

  • In the last five years, what new belief, behaviour, or habit has most improved your life?
  • Rising at 5:00 am is my most important habit.

Adapt, innovate and create to serve people using your skills and knowledge.

  • What would you (if you could) tell yourself when you were 18?
  • Advice to a college student: Stay focused on your goals and work hard to achieve them. If someone else has done it you can too.

Advice they should ignore: If anybody pulls you away from your dreams - pull away from them

  • In the last 5 years, what have you become better at saying no to (distractions, invitations, etc)?
  • I learned from a client that it's ok to choose your coachees, you don’t have to serve all that come your way.

I find it easy to stay away from the distractions on social media

  • What are some of the ways you’d work with artists?
  • Help them bring their attention to their creativity and the original work that they are creating for the world to enjoy and appreciate. If they love doing what they do, and put their heart and soul in it, the universe will respond in like.

  • When you feel overwhelmed or unfocused, what do you do? (If it helps, what question do you ask yourself to get you back on track?)
  • I do a longer meditation and let go of the fear. I remind myself that imagination is more powerful than knowledge. If I can hold it in my head I can hold it in my life.

  • What should I ask you that I didn’t know enough to ask?
  • I am grateful for an opportunity to share my story with you. You are free to choose what ever you like. You know your audience the best, and i am sure you will serve them to the best of your ability.
